HomeUpgradeHero.org is a lead generation service operated by Roxs Marketing. We connect San Diego area homeowners with information about solar energy programs, including Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) programs. We are a marketing and lead generation company — not a solar installation company, utility company, or financial institution. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or terms of any solar program.

3. Express Written Consent to Contact

By submitting your information and checking the consent checkbox, you provide your express written consent authorizing Roxs Marketing and its authorized solar installation partners to:

• Contact you via live telephone call regarding solar energy savings programs
• Contact you using autodialed and/or pre-recorded telephone calls
• Send you SMS/MMS text messages
• Send you emails regarding your solar savings inquiry

This consent applies even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving any service. Message and data rates may apply.

Availability, savings estimates, and eligibility are subject to a full home assessment, credit review, and program availability. All savings estimates are illustrative only. SDG&E is not affiliated with or endorsing this offer. Results vary.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxs Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
